  1. Imagine a Chrono Trigger remake that looks like Dragon Quest XI and has the same amount of attention of the FF7 remake.

  2. Jrpgs does not mean they came from japan dark souls is a rog but it is made in japan its a type of rpg style of rpg

  3. I'm quite miffed, personally, as to how you mentioned Octopath Traveler without mentioning its soundtrack/music.

As a music lover, I discovered this game purely because of it, and in fact the same goes for Chrono Trigger, Nier: Automata and many episodes from the Final Fantasy franchise.

  4. As someone who 100% Final Fantasy XII i do recommend playing that game yeah it will feel different compare to other Final Fantasy in fights anyway ,but the class aspect of it gives you an MMORPG experience ,any character can have up to two classes and not to mention this game have a lot to do and puzzles to solve. as for the gambit system you can customize each character's gambit as precise as you want it to be

  5. If you want to play excellent RPGs then I suggest get an SNES emulator and play 1) Secret of Mana (1&2) 2) Secret of Evermore 3) Illusion of Gaia 4) Chrono Trigger 5) Terranigma. They are all excellent games you will love. Cant go wrong with any of those.

  6. Crono Trigger… one of the very best storyline… played it when I was in high school when ti came out. FROG/Glenn character is soo memorable . Long live Frog theme song!

  7. "You know you're in for a good slime with dragonquest 11" …….lol.

Anyhow… huh. Ni No Kuni's battle system looks…. somewhat similar to Trials of Mana that I've been playing. Now I'm tempted to pick it up. gaah lol.
EDIT: Checked Steam out of curiosity and saw a 70% off sale. Heck yeah. A game like that for $17!?

  8. I love Vesperia. Yuri really is one of the greatest JRPG protagonists ever. Such a breath of fresh air from the usual angsty teen main characters. I was genuinely blown away at some of his actions later in the story

  9. I am not going to lie. Being this a "Brand" channel I wasnt expecting a good list but this was GREAT ! I will definitely look other videos !

  10. Star Ocean, Legend Of Legaia, Legend Of Dragoon, Wild Arms, Breath Of Fire, Grandia, Suikoden, All Tales Series, legend of mana and Tina – Swordswoman Of The Scarlet Prison v1.02 deserves to be in the must be played Japanese Role Playing Games!

  11. Dragon Quest 11: Echoes Of the Elusive Age third, Octo Path Traveler second and Nino- Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom RANKED FIRST!

  12. Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana?
Where is mighty YS VIII LACROMOSA OF DANA?!
One of the best RPG ever!

  13. The best jrpg on my laptop is persona 5 (thank you rpcs3) and xenoblade chronicles x (thanks CEMU and the romhackers to undub+uncensor the game) and Sakura wars 1 (thanks sakura wars translation team)
The best native PC jrpg for me is dragon quest 11

  14. pc gamers do yourself a favor and download dolphin and Paper Mario and the thousand year door. cap HP at 30 and enjoy the challenge

  15. Ni no Kuni II is really boring… the scenario was just bad…, octopath traveller has a really boring story too… even if fights were great I stopped this game because story wasn"t fun… FFXII was the 1 FF game I played and didn"t finished… Chrono Trigger is one of the best JRPG I ever played, but it's a Snes game…
I really think that the golden age of JRPGs is behind us… and most of best JRPGs were on PS1.
But if you put Chrono trigger on this list, why didn"t you put FFVI or FFVII they are on PC too and way better then FFXII…

  16. If you are going to play one tales game, you must play Tales of Berseria! Tales of Vesperia is a close third to Symphonia.

  17. I have said it once and ill say it a million times, Atelier Iris Eternal Mana is the best in the series and an underrated gem of an RPG, even fans of the Atelier series have never played it and that makes me want to cry

  18. I don't get it, FFXII and XIII I never liked them, XII just never clicked for me, I still hate how they changed the battles, and you have to buy skills then get the licenses, and you can never find the bastar that sells you the tech or magic. just awful.
ffxIII I played the one and just hated the changes, xIII-2 was ok. I think.
