Lojistik sektöründe kariyer hedefi olan ve tedarik zinciri uygulamalarını geniş bir yelpazede deneyimleyerek genç ve dinamik ekibin parçası olmak isteyen yeni yeteneklerin CEVA’ya kazandırılması amacıyla dizayn edilen Genç Lojistikçi Programı her yıl Eylül ayında başlamaktadır.
İlk fazı 6 ay süren programımızın, birinci modülü sonunda kadro imkanı sunulmaktadır. Proje odaklı olarak tam zamanlı çalışan yetenekler, iç eğitimler ile hem teknik hem kişisel gelişim tarafında desteklenirken, tüm lojistik süreçlerine dahil olarak, bir çok uygulama hakkında bilgiler edinmektedir.
